Welcome to WoWlix (the “Platform”). This Platform is operated by Flow Studio HK. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Platform provides online shopping services including but not limited to product browsing, ordering, payment processing, and delivery arrangements. All transactions are governed by these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to confirmation by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability or other reasons. Once payment is completed, orders will be processed according to our delivery policy.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Personal hygiene products and opened items are not eligible for return. Please contact customer service for details.
